These claims emerged after Heard’s lawyers began presenting their side of the story Tuesday with testimony from Dr. Dawn Hughes, a forensic psychologist who evaluated Heard for the lawsuit.

Hughes, who determined that Heard had been the victim of dating violence committed by Depp, was shown some of her notes from the 29 hours she spent interviewing the actress.
Among those notes were comments regarding Heard’s romantic relationships with other men, such as Musk.
Heard told Hughes that she began dating Musk after seeing him at the 2016 Met Ball, a gala that took place weeks after the fight between the couple that resulted in their split, although Depp has claimed that his ex-wife cheated on him with Musk while the two were still married.

“I was heartbroken. My soul was dead. Felt nothing then,” Heard told Hughes about the Musk relationship, according to Hughes’ notes.

In recent days, the lawsuit also revealed that Heard spoke to her former agent, Christian Carino, about her relationship with Musk, agreeing that she never loved him.
